Legitimate interests to respond to requests or promote our business.
Our reasons for collecting your data
Under data protection law, we need to tell you the lawful basis we use to process your personal data in this way. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in properly responding to your query.
What data do we collect and keep?
Your name, social media handle, contact details and query if you contact us either by phone, email, via our ‘contact us’ page or via social media.
We store your data at either our data centre in the United Kingdom or with our third-party cloud storage provider based in the United States.
Whenever we transfer your personal information outside the UK and the EU, we ensure it receives additional protection as required by law. To keep this privacy policy as short and easy to understand as possible, we haven’t set out the specific circumstances when each of these protection measures is used.

We will only retain your personal information for as long as we need it unless we are required to keep it longer to comply with our legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
In some circumstances, we may carefully anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, and we may use this anonymised information indefinitely without notifying you. We use this anonymised information to analyse our programmes and support other similar programmes worldwide.
