Carolin was Wayve’s first employee and is responsible for building a people-centric and mission-driven culture. Carolin focuses on building a world-class team, creating an environment that enables everyone to do their best work and designing an enriching employee experience that brings together people who have a passionate desire to tackle the hardest problems.

Prior to Wayve, Carolin recruited for high-profile AI and Robotics start-ups and ran her own experiential marketing company in New Zealand.

She studied Dance at The University of Auckland.
