This ERG is dedicated to supporting and building a community for those who identify as neurodivergent or are exploring this aspect of their identity. We offer a judgment-free zone for sharing experiences and discussing challenges, aiming to broaden understanding and empathy.

Women Who Code

Women Who Code fosters strong connections across teams, encourages the sharing of advice, and promotes collaborative problem-solving. Through our regular discussions, we explore the challenges and opportunities of being in technical roles, inviting allies to join us in advocating meaningful change at Wayve and in the broader tech community.

Asians at Wayve

This ERG provides a platform for people of Asian descent or those connected to Asian culture to share their experiences and challenges of working in a country that differs from their heritage.
